Built in 1913 this 3,413 square foot home originally served as the first Post Office in the town of Beaux Arts, and preservation of that history has been an important element throughout the remodeling process. Architect Michael Gibson of The Architecture Group designed the third floor of the home to be underneath the existing structure which required the home to be lifted and supported on beams during construction, then carefully reconnected to the new addition.
