Although no square footage has been added to the home, our in house designer has composed a project of complete demolition of both kitchen and utility areas with glazed cabinets, antiqued hand-scraped hardwood flooring, slab granite and antiqued limestone details. In addition to the two rooms, the project entails replacement of the driveway, roof, and exterior trim molding, and repainting interior trim, built-in cabinets, plaster ceilings and refinishing the original oak floors.
