This remodel brought the building down to its bare structure, upgrading almost everything including the interior framing, exterior siding, landscaping, electrical, mechanical, etc. It was designed by Baylis Architects with an incomparable modern-contemporary appearance. The exterior consists of Basaltina stone veneer, V-groove cedar siding, and zinc metal paneling. The interior was designed by the renowned Christian Grevstad Interior Design.
